3.2 All children and adults that attend any Fundamental Football Dorset session or events may opt in or out of photographs being taken during events for use on this Website and Social Media. When booking with Fundamental Football Dorset, there will be an option to say Yes or No.
3.3 Any parent or carer must tell us immediately if they change their mind and their child should be excluded from such publicity. Please contact us if you do not want images reproduced of your child for use on this Website and Social Media.

6.2 All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation of the product price.
6.3 In order to contract with Fundamental Football Dorset, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
6.4 Fundamental Football Dorset retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
6.5 If your registration is accepted, we will inform you in writing.

7. Our Contract
7.1 When registering with Fundamental Football Dorset, you will receive an acknowledgement in writing.
7.2 A contract between you and Fundamental Football Dorset will not be formed until we send you such written confirmation.
7.3 Only products listed in the written confirmation will be included in the contract formed.
8. Pricing and Availability
8.1 We shall endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. However, errors may occur.
8.2 If we discover an error in the pricing or within any products which you have registered for, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will be provided the option of reconfirming your registration at the correct price or to cancel.
8.3 If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the registration as accepted. However, if you cancel without utilising the products registered and paid for, you will receive a refund, minus the initial sign-up fee.
8.4 Upon registering, we shall take your payment via card or bank transfer to finalise your booking.
8.5 In the event of a card payment, your card will be debited for the cost of registration at the price confirmed at the time. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a payment against the value of the goods and services you wish to register for. This is non-refundable in the case of services such as birthday parties, after school clubs, holiday clubs other coaching events or coaching sessions.
8.6 For clarity, if any of the venues we may use make a decision to close due to inclement weather, industrial action, national or international emergency or any other event that is out of the control of the Fundamental Football Dorset, then the Fundamental Football Dorset is under no obligation to make any repayments and therefore any payments made in advance are non-refundable.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1 The material presented on this Website are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

18.1 At Fundamental Football Dorset, we believe that children flourish in a well-structured environment, where all children know what is expected of them.
18.2 All children should be free to attend and enjoy all of our sessions without fear and with the full support of the Coaches. Therefore, our aim will always be to create an inclusive and engaging environment which through mutual respect and where all children have the ability to appreciate the needs of others.
18.3 To achieve this all Fundamental Football Dorset staff will be:
- Consistent, fair and kind.
- Will agree the above values with the children at the start of each session.
- These behaviours will be published on our Website and form part of a parental commitment to support us at any of our sessions.
18.4 All Fundamental Football Dorset Coaches will be role models for your children through positive behaviour and praise where possible.
19.Governance
19.1 The Terms of this agreement will be applicable in abidance of the laws within England and Wales.
